With an emphasis on safety Iowa X-Plosion is driven to build disciplined, strong, and talented athletes in the elements of Cheerleading, Tumbling, and Trampoline. In addition to teaching physical skills, we strive to encourage character skills that will help your athlete grow as a young adult both on and off the mat! 

Here at Iowa X-Plosion, we are focused on more than just teaching physical skills. In addition to learning fun physical skills, we’re also focused on teaching character skills that will help your child set goals and learn to achieve those goals. We believe in constant growth and improvement in our gym, our athletes, staff and facility. We take tremendous pride in our programs, and value each family who entrusts us with their child.

Our coaches have many years of experience, and a variety of backgrounds, but each of them have a unique passion for teaching children – and they will be glad to have the opportunity to learn more about your child.
